The Worst/Best: Nevis Bungy

8.5 seconds of freefall. I screamed sounds I didn't know I could make. The bounce at the bottom felt like my organs rearranged themselves.

I've never felt more alive.

The Lesson

Fear is just excitement with bad PR. Every time I stood at an edge thinking "I can't do this," I did it anyway. And every time, the only thing I regretted was the moments I almost backed out.
